Zinfandel is Wisdomtooth Film's first attempt at making a film - a short film.
We have ambitions of become a film-making collective of sorts, and making many more short films from scratch. All we need are people who want to tell good stories and have the willingness to work afterhours.
I wrote Zinfandel last year and decided to make it, with the help of a few friends(without whome this wouldn't be possible) and a dslr camera, the Canon EOS 5D. That's how Wisdomtooth Films started, though the name has been stuck in my head for years.Zinfandel...

This is the first recorded single of the band Beginner's Luck, from Mumbai, India.
I started out shooting them as I hung around for the beer and the music - and ended up cutting this video whith the footage I had collected. Effectively, this was Wisdomtooth Films first foray into videography, music videos and motion images. Below are some more recordings - jam sessions really, where I was actually just figuring out my camera.

There's been furore and outrage - on both sides of the proverbial fence.Over the G word.Now, we all know what I am talking about. Zinfandel is a stroy about our notions of privacy and a bottle of wine.It's set in a gated community, one of the numerous dotting India's Big Cities.Its been in the making for over 6 months now.
